Is there really no setup fee?
Absolutely none. You can start your free trial today with $0 down, no credit card required. When you subscribe, you pay only the monthly or annual rate — nothing else.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
You'll choose a plan and enter your payment info. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused — nothing is deleted. You can come back anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with no penalties. Changes take effect immediately.
What does the free migration include?
With any annual plan, we'll migrate your existing church website to ChurchSpring for free — a service we normally charge $1,500 for. Our team handles everything.
Are there transaction fees on giving?
There are no platform fees from ChurchSpring. Standard payment processing applies: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (the same rate as Stripe/Square).
Do you offer discounts for small or bivocational churches?
